Patricia Lea Foust (Pat)
April 9, 1938 - February 21, 2026
Pat passed peacefully on February 21, 2026, in a memory care facility (Bend, OR), with her daughter by her side.
Pat moved to Ocean Park, WA after retiring from State Farm Insurance (Portland, OR) in 2003. She loved living at the beach. She was very involved with her community, where she was a member of The Lyons Club, TOPS Club, and The Peninsula Senior Center. She always looked forward to the many activities she was able to participate in. She was also a Great Grandma Volunteer at Head Start and received so much joy from her "kids".
Pat is survived by her 3 Daughters, Tami (Ray) Rittenhouse, Robin (Steve) Sterba, and Heidi (Troy) Valdivia, as well as 12 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years (Jim) and her Son (Richard).
The family would like to thank of the wonderful friends our Mom had on the Peninsula, for their friendship and kindness to her over the years.
A private remembrance will take place at a later date.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.
Tree Planting Timeline
Orders placed in:
January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
